**THIS POSITION IS PART TIME AND REQUIRES TRAVEL TO ALL CARESOUTH CAROLINA SITES**
Job Description:
Under general supervision, performs routine office, waiting room, exam room, and bathroom cleaning. May perform routine maintenance work and other related duties in support of the facilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, exam rooms, and offices on a daily basis.
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
- Dusts furniture.
- Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empties wastebaskets and replace liners.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Vacuums floors.
- Uses a checklist on a weekly basis and submits to supervisor or site administrator and notifies them of any deficiencies/needs to supply shortages.
- Assists other maintenance staff with special cleaning projects or maintenance repairs on an as needed basis.
- Completes and signs off on PowerDMS documents in a timely fashion.
- Willing assists with other duties as requested.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is strongly preferred
Zero (0) to one (1) year experience in field
HOURS:
Monday-Friday, PART-TIME, Monday-Friday(20-25 hours)
LOCATIONS:
Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Lee and Marlboro Counties(MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO ALL CARESOUTH CAROLINA SITES)
