CareSouth Carolina is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to perform routine maintenance work at our facilities across South Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related activities.
- Conduct safety inspections and make recommendations for corrective action and follow-up maintenance.
- Assist in the transportation and rearrangement of furniture and equipment as needed.
- Repaint interior and exterior buildings as required.
- Perform floor surface maintenance (stripping or Carpet shampooing) as needed.
- Help conduct yearly inventory of all site equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years' maintenance experience required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
