Under general supervision, performs routine maintenance work, minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry work at all sites. Conducts safety inspections and makes recommendations for corrective action and follow-up maintenance.

Location: Society Hill, SC - work will be performed at CareSouth Carolina offices located in Lake View, Latta, Dillon, McColl, Bennettsville, Cheraw, Chesterfield, Society Hill, Hartsville, and Bishopville (SC).
Hours: Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday, 7:30AM - 6:00 PM. Occasional overtime required.
Under general supervision, performs routine maintenance work, minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry work at all sites. Conducts safety inspections and makes recommendations for corrective action and follow-up maintenance.
Duties include:
- Maintains buildings, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activities. Replaces air conditioning filters.
- Cleans snow and debris from sidewalks and parking areas. Performs landscaping maintenance such as mowing of lawns, trimming shrubbery, planting flowers.
- Repaints as required the interior and exterior of all buildings.
- Performs floor surface maintenance (stripping or carpet shampooing) as needed.
- Helps conduct yearly inventory of all site equipment.
Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years' maintenance experience required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
