Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Support Specialist to join our team in Suffern, NY. This role focuses on engaging applicants, providing technical support, and maintaining a smooth application process. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about supporting a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Engagement : Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of applications (within 48 hours) and guide them through the process.
- Technical Assistance : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during application submission.
- Backup and Interview Support : Serve as backup for the Recruitment Interviewer during absences and conduct interviews as needed.
- Documentation and Communication : Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure smooth transitions through hiring stages.
- Applicant Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with applicants, addressing questions and maintaining engagement.
