Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, organized and driven Recruitment Outreach Specialist to join our healthcare agency in Suffern, NY. This critical role focuses on contacting and engaging leads to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified applicants for open cases or future staffing needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting potential candidates with meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management : Review, organize, and assign leads to open cases or future opportunities based on qualifications and client needs.
• Candidate Engagement : Conduct phone outreach to explain job roles, assess suitability, and ensure candidates understand position expectations.
• Interview Scheduling : Schedule and confirm candidate interviews, document case assignments, and maximize attendance through proactive communication.
• Interview Attendance Management : Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and address no-show challenges with actionable solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide metrics on lead engagement and interview attendance.
