What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions position at Carespring Health Care Management?
We need a Director of Admissions to join our team at Heritagespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation of West Chester, OH.
You will help families navigate the challenging process of choosing a facility. You'll also collaborate with hospital liaisons to evaluate new referrals and coordinate their transition to Chesterwood.
$55,000 - $75,000 Per Year
Objectives: You'll to achieve facility census goals and ensure that all facility procedures related to admissions are meticulously followed.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Providing facility information & conduct tours in line with Carespring's sales process standards & tools
- Collaborating closely with Hospital Liaisons to streamline the referral processing
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of referrals & outcomes using the PCC system
- Keeping sales reports that meticulously track census-building efforts
- Evaluating residents & families to determine if our facility aligns with their needs and criteria
- Working collaboratively with the Case Management team to ensure swift verification and pre-certification of insurance, & transparent communication with residents & families
- Coordinating community marketing events in partnership with facility department heads, including press releases & specialized advertising
- Handling all necessary paperwork for resident admissions, ensuring financial requirements are met
- Supporting facility leadership by undertaking other assigned duties
You'll Need To Have:
- Completed a Sales Assessment demonstrating compatibility with sales
- Strong organizational & communication skills are essential
- A degree or clinical license is preferred, although candidates with a proven track record in sales & the industry will also be considered
