We need an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Carespring Health Care Management in Loveland, OH.
$19 to $24 Per Hour
You’ll process invoices and payments for multiple companies, maintain vendor information in our automated accounts payable system, and complete various other Accounts Payable related duties for high volume office.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Processing vendor invoices & employee reimbursement requests for multiple companies. This includes verifying proper authorization(s), matching purchase orders, coding in general ledger, & entering data into HCS system
- Processing check from multiple bank accounts – including weekly check runs, pulling invoices & matching amounts to each check
- Filing & boxes invoices & remittance advice
- Reviewing statements, researching vendor invoice issues & inquiries
- Performing monthly Accounts Payable close review
- Using Certify software to process monthly employee expense reports
- Tracking facility activity account funding & verifying corresponding receipts are turned in on time
- Processing consolidated billing invoices, verifying proper authorization & Medicare allowable rates
- Providing exemplary customer service by answering vendor/facility phone calls & emails in a timely and professional manner
- Backing up receptionist as needed
You’ll Need To Have:
- Accounts Payable experience & Excel proficient preferred but not required.
- Dedication, organization, & a desire to learn
- The ability to review daily tasks & set priorities for efficient & accurate operation
- A keen attention to detail & proficient computer skills
