$13.75 to $17 Per Hour
As an Assisted Living Caregiver, You’ll provide personal care assistance to our residents and help our nursing staff with nonprofessional nursing care under the direction of the charge nurse on duty.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Providing personalized direct assisted living care for our residents
- Communicating with the facility nurse & leadership regarding changes in residents’ conditions
- Assisting with resident food delivery as needed
- Documenting care in our electronic system
You’ll Need To Have:
- A passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude
- Willingness & flexibility to perform a wide variety of duties
- The ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to make choices, decisions & act in the resident’s best interest
- Excellent writing & verbal skills for efficient communication
- The ability to organize & manage your time effectively
- Good judgment, problem solving, & decision making skills
