If so, you could be the next Executive Chef at Carespring Healthcare Management in Loveland, OH.
$50,000 to $71,500 Per Year
As Executive Chef you’ll command lead our culinary teams as they prepare top quality meals for our residents.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Developing new menu options based on seasonal changes and resident demand
- Overseeing the preparation and planning of meal designs
- Ensuring that kitchens activities operate in a timely manner
- Resolving customer problems and concerns personally
- Monitoring inventory, and ordering new supplies
- Providing support to kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
- Recruiting and training new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards
- Creating schedules for kitchen employees and evaluating their performance
- Adhering to and implementing sanitation and safety regulations
- Managing the production and utility team
- Ensuring clean work areas and equipment during and immediately after meal preparation while serving according to established practice and regulatory inspection requirements
You’ll Need To Have:
- Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager or a degree in culinary arts
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
- Outstanding leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to maintain effective communication with the dietitian/diet tech & other facility disciplines
