What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)- (NIGHT SHIFT) position at Carespring?
We need Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on NIGHT SHIFT to join our team at Stonespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Dayton, OH.
$28 to $32 Per Hour - (based on LPN licensure and experience)
PLUS we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Providing direct LPN nursing care
- Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
- Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident condition
- Attending required in-service trainings and educational events
You’ll Need To Have:
- Current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical nurse) certification
- Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
- Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
