What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant | Full-Time position at Carespring?
We need a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Coldspring Transitional Care Center in Cold Spring, KY.
You’ll assist the maintenance director with organizing, directing & supervising operation, maintenance & repair of power plant, buildings, & grounds.
$15 to $20 Per Hour
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Assisting with maintenance & repair of property, equipment, & grounds
- Performing scheduled maintenance on some facility equipment
- Running errands, handling incoming & outgoing freight, lifting/moving heavy equipment & furniture
- Inspecting property & equipment while maintaining adequate records of work
- Occasional paid on-call duty for emergencies
You’ll Need To Have:
- A High School Diploma/G.E.D equivalent (technical or associate degree is a plus)
- Willingness to learn,
- Ability to follow directions
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude & a passion for serving the elderly
