What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director (Dayton Area) position at Carespring?
We need a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team the Dayton, OH Area. You'll be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, service, and repair work and report directly to the facility Administrator.
$52,000 to $58,000 Per Year
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance assignments to maintain excellent standards throughout Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes
- Coordinating maintenance task completion with other members of the maintenance and environmental services team
- Ensuring compliance in building/equipment standards and documents of equipment inspections in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- A Campus of 200 residents, including Assisted Living, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes
You’ll Need To Have:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Basic hand tools experience
- Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
- The ability to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision
- Facility maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience strongly preferred
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
