What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director position at Carespring?
We need a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team at Heritagespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in West Chester Ohio. You'll be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, service, and repair work and report directly to the facility Administrator.
$55,000 to $65,000 Per Year
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance assignments to maintain excellent standards throughout Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes
- Coordinating maintenance task completion with other members of the maintenance and environmental services team
- Ensuring compliance in building/equipment standards and documents of equipment inspections in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- A Campus of 200 residents, including Assisted Living, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes
You’ll Need To Have:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Basic hand tools experience
- Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
- The ability to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision
- Facility maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience strongly preferred
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
