We need Full-Time Physical Therapists to join our Continuum Therapy Partners Team at Sycamorespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Miamisburg, OH.
As a Physical Therapist at Continuum Therapy Partners, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive physical therapy programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives by optimizing physical function, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, & potential for improvement
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments, medical history, & physician recommendations
- Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address patients' mobility, strength, balance, & coordination
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate & implement comprehensive care plans
- Educating patients & their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, & strategies for optimizing physical function
- Monitoring & document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Staying informed about advancements in physical therapy through continuous learning & professional development
- Upholding ethical & professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, & colleagues
You'll Need To Have:
- A Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical reasoning & problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate & patient-centered approach to therapy
