Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients in their homes. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and ambulation as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Manage medication schedules and provide first aid when necessary
- Support clients with cognitive impairments, including those with memory loss or autism
- Implement and monitor care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Provide hospice care to those nearing the end of life
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to cleaning standards
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other caregivers
- Keep accurate records of care provided
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in home care or long-term care
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of care plans and their application
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities
- Familiarity with memory care and autism support
- Experience with hospice care
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion and empathy for clients and their families

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
