What are the responsibilities and job description for the PAS Coordinator position at CareStat LLC?
We are seeking motivated individuals to support the in-home provider care program (PAS or PHC services) at CareStat® Provider Services. The Attendant Support Clerk will serve as the primary point of contact for attendants, ensuring that they have the resources and assistance needed to provide high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering high volume incoming calls from attendants regarding patient services and address their needs promptly.
- Processing attendant information in agency database.
- Supervising attendant schedules for patient services.
- Assisting with finding attendants and/or service coverage for patients.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that attendants have access to the resources and information they need.
Job Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required.
- Work experience in PAS/PHC Coordination or in a healthcare related field preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- High School Diploma minimum
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8am – 6pm
Friday 8am – 12pm
