The Role
The Account Manager position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of current Carestream Dental customers and will build long term relationships with the customers. This role will be the first point of contact for current customers and will generate sales within the accounts by upselling and cross-selling software solutions. Customer longevity is key while ensuring customer needs are met quickly to enhance the customer experience. Successful execution includes achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
 
The Responsibilities
Generate sales within customer accounts by upselling and cross-selling solutions
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Communicate customer needs by collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience Ensure customers receive products and services timely by collaborating with other departments Forecast and track customer account metrics based on activities Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and accurately document Service multiple customer accounts and meet deadlines Quickly and consistently document customer notes in CRM Works Team Lead and reports to Director, Inside Sales
 
Candidate qualifications:
High school diploma, college degree preferred
At least 3 years pre-sales or account management experience, preferably selling solutions-based software or related products with a consistent track record of success of adding value and drive revenue Excellent negotiation skills with motivation to win Excellent written, oral communication and strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence desired results Stays informed on industry topics and shares thought leadership with our clients and internal teams Develop expertise on all software/cloud and eServices and willingness to learn
Strong willingness to champion and cheerlead change management, learn new sales techniques, processes and technology
This is a remote until safe to return to Atlanta Headquarters.
Work schedule is 8:00AM -- 5PM, depending on geography and territory assigned.
 

Compensation Disclosure:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, skill sets, relative education and certifications, depth of experience and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) Employer Match, Paid Time Off, an annual performance bonus and/or other applicable compensation plans.
