About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Caretenders in LaGrange, a part of LHC Group. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
- Instruct patients and their families in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment.
- Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition daily.
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR Certification required.
