Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
- Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Review and implement care plans to ensure proper client care
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families and medical professionals
- Monitor caregiver performance and provide constructive feedback
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and client transportation
- Provide support in client’s emotional well-being and create a positive environment
Requirements:
- Must have previous caregiving experience
- 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role in caregiving preferred
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
