We are urgently hiring a Care Lead to oversee caregiving activities in Muskegon, MI. In this hands-on leadership position, you will be responsible for managing caregivers and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care. In this hands-on leadership position, you will be responsible for managing caregivers and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily caregiving activities to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Lead by example and assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Manage and mentor a team of caregivers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Update and review care plans regularly to ensure proper care
- Communicate with families to provide updates and address concerns
- Ensure safety protocols and client care guidelines are followed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving is required
- Leadership experience in a caregiving role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation
