Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional and mental support through active companionship and conversation.
- Aid in medication management and remind clients to take medications.
- Monitor the client’s condition and report any changes to supervisors.
- Light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living environment.
- Provide transportation assistance for appointments and errands.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), or in a similar position.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with physical needs.
- Empathetic, reliable, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required.
