We are urgently seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Zeeland, MI. This is an immediate hiring opportunity with full-time and part-time shifts available. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure proper adherence to prescribed medications.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks (cleaning, laundry, meal prep).
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and other physical needs.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and mental stimulation.
- Record and report any significant changes in the client's condition to family members and healthcare providers.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required (training is provided).
- Empathetic and patient attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with clients, family members, and healthcare team.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNA or HHA certifications preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
