- Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to help reduce loneliness and promote mental well-being.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to family members or medical staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in a similar healthcare role is required.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
