*Responsibilities:*
- Provide personal care, companionship, and assist with daily living activities.
- Aid clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team.

*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in Home Health is advantageous but not mandatory.
