Digital Technology Architect – ServiceNow Developer

W2 only, no C2C, must be authorized to work in the US (both now and in the future).

Carex is partnering with a well-known manufacturing industry partner to find a skilled professional for a dual role as an IT Architect and ServiceNow Developer. This position is evenly split between acting as an architect across various technology platforms and serving as a dedicated ServiceNow Developer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining technological direction, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. This role involves working with stakeholders to deliver transformative Digital Technology solutions tailored to meet business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, through influence, a cross-functional technical team to develop solutions addressing complex business challenges across multiple technologies.
• Serve as a key architectural resource with a focus on Digital Supply Chain, Integration, Automation, Cloud, and Emerging Technologies.
• Act as a dedicated ServiceNow Developer, managing bug fixes, optimizing production environments, and ensuring platform efficiency.
• Utilize best practices and standards across all technology stacks to design scalable and reliable solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical applications, optimizing and expanding system usage to drive organizational adoption.
• Regularly evaluate technical approaches, workflows, and analytical methods, recommending enhancements where needed.
• Perform hands-on development and solution design within ServiceNow while aligning solutions with broader enterprise goals.
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in IT architecture, systems development, or a related field, with a proven track record in ServiceNow development.
• Advanced expertise in technology systems such as Digital Supply Chain or Cloud.
• Strong financial and technical modeling skills.
