IT Systems Migration Specialist (Madison, WI)

W2 only, no C2C, must be authorized to work in the US (both now and in the future).

Carex is partnering with a bio tech industry partner to find a skilled IT professional to assist in managing the Windows 11 upgrade and rollout across the organization. This role will focus on ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on the broader IT team while providing technical support to end-users.

This is a 6 month contract role in Madison, WI.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and executing the Windows 11 upgrade across all employees and technology.
• Utilize Intune to push out Windows 11 upgrades efficiently.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement a structured rollout plan, working directly with key stakeholders.
• Conduct risk analysis to minimize disruptions to IT operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve upgrade-related issues for end-users on both laptops and mobile devices post-rollout.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for device management and upgrade deployment.
