This role will drive the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring the delivery of qualified candidates within defined timelines, while maintaining compliance with legal standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to align talent strategies with organizational goals and support workforce planning efforts across departments.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications for both hourly and salaried roles
- Guide development of job descriptions, define candidate qualifications, and advise on sourcing strategies
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to provide competitive compensation recommendations
- Post job openings to internal and external job boards and industry-specific platforms
- Perform applicant screening, phone interviews, and facilitate candidate selection processes
- Coordinate interviews and provide managers with tools to ensure consistent and equitable evaluations
- Prepare and extend job offers and manage communications with both selected and non-selected candidates
- Arrange pre-employment screenings and onboarding logistics
- Proactively source active and passive candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms
- Collaborate with third-party recruiters and staffing agencies, managing contracts and performance
- Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain documentation for audit readiness
- Assist with cross-functional HR projects and reporting as needed
- Partner with the accounting team to process and manage recruiting-related invoices
- 1–2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting; experience in full-cycle recruiting strongly preferred
- Associate's degree in Business or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed
