Description
As a Pre-ETS Employability Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in their transition to employment. You will work closely with teaching staff, community partners, and employers to provide pre-employment services, employability soft skills training, and work-based learning experiences. Additionally, you will oversee student participation in the Making an IMPACT Food Truck program, coordinating hands-on training in food service and customer interactions. Your role will include maintaining relationships with employers, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and supporting students in self-advocacy and job readiness.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for working with individuals with disabilities, and the ability to create innovative employment solutions.

Requirements
Requirements:
- ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Valid Driver's License and ability to meet agency insurability requirements.
- Physical Ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, and assist individuals in wheelchairs.
- Personal Protective Equipment Compliance (e.g., masks, gloves) as required.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in the culinary field or a desire to learn about food service.
- Preferred: Experience driving larger vehicles or willingness to be trained.
