Key Responsibilities
- Produces quality parts at or above expected rate
- Utilizes time and skills effectively
- Inspect parts at every stage of process to identify defects and correct immediately
- Identify defects & follow proper procedure for non-conformance
- Ensure filters are clean and PMs are done on paint booth and sprayers
- Tape any hardware exposed to the paint process to avoid overspray on hardware
- Uses Knowledge of quality standard by customer to improve quality of all customers
- Uses safety guidelines & proper PPE to protect self and reminds others of importance
- Reads route card to identify correct materials required
- Uses proper reclaiming of hazardous waste
- Reads, understands, and follows procedures related to position
