The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Associate General Counsel and contribute to our success. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of employment law matters, including providing advice and guidance to CARFAX leadership and the Human Resources team, drafting and refining employment-related documents and agreements, and advising on internal investigations. You will also have the opportunity to partner with Human Resources on building processes for ensuring proper and consistent application of federal and state laws, rules and regulations, as well as CARFAX policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- At least 10 years' experience specializing in labor and employment matters.
- Expertise in federal and state employment law required, with experience in Canada strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a practical and creative problem-solving approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
- Proven ability to work in a demanding environment, both independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to get things done.
