We are seeking an Account Manager to join our ERP – Sales team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in our success.  As a key member of the team, you will:

Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on company products and services.
  • Discuss technology and business goals with customers via phone and onsite.

Customer Advocacy

  • Represent the customer's voice within the organization.
  • Organize and participate in feedback sessions, focus groups, and advisory boards.

Retention and Adoption

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create success plans and drive product adoption.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer teams, from C-Suite to accounting.
  • Manage the renewal process to meet annual goals and KPIs.

Sales

  • Achieve annual sales targets.
  • Partner with the consulting team to prepare scope, resources, timing, and budget for customer opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer requests regarding software subscriptions and services.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience managing business relationships and delivering positive customer experiences.

Professional / Technical Knowledge:

Required:

  • Proficient in software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Apps).
  • Strong background in customer support/account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capable of diagnosing issues and coordinating resources.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project and time management skills.
  • Ownership mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Results-driven, with a proven record of using metrics/KPIs.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of accounting or financial systems.
