What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Intern position at Cargas Systems Inc?
Are you a current college student looking for internship experience? Cargas is seeking interns to join our Technical Support team and assist with troubleshooting technical inquiries for our Cargas Energy customers, such as debugging SQL procedures, JavaScript, and .Net code.

This paid internship will begin following the Spring 2025 semester and continue throughout the rest of the year, dependent on business needs.
Educational Requirements:
- Junior or Senior student working towards a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Database Engineering, or Information Technology.
Skills:
- Ability to work directly with customers or key internal stakeholders in customer support.
- Understanding of basic software development principles, including object-oriented programming (Java, C#, or similar), relational databases (data modeling/SQL), web UI (design and development), XML, and application architecture.
- General knowledge of front-end web technologies (JavaScript and AngularJS) or similar.
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
