Automotive Service Advisor
We are seeking a tenured Automotive Service Advisor, with Chevrolet experience, that is in search for a new professional challenge and desires to be valued as an employee. Position Summary / Responsibilities
The Automotive Service Advisor, who reports to the Service Manager, will welcome customers to our service department and make timely appointments. The Advisor will have empathy for customer concerns while creating detailed notes allowing matters to be promptly addressed by our automotive technicians. The Advisor must have the ability to relate to all and the capacity to translate complex automotive repair jargon into common terms to foster customer understanding. The Advisor must serve as a customer advocate ensuring accurate repair estimates, through explanation of work to be performed, and follow up activities such as coordinating the ordering of parts and scheduling follow up preventive maintenance appointments. This individual must be a graceful sales minded professional, talented at maximizing profit while creating and maintaining customer confidence. The Automotive Service Advisor will be the “Face of Service” and will strive every day to exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
A minimum of one (1) year of Automotive Service Advisor experience
Chevrolet Service Experience desired
Valid Driver’s License

Annual Compensation with Bonus
$75,000-$100,000/year.
Hiring Bonus
After successfully completing ninety (90) days of work, you will be provided with a hiring bonus of two thousand dollars ($2,000).
