Your Responsibilities :
Assist in designing and installing electrical systems and equipment.Work collaboratively with other professionals in the maintenance and installation of electrical components.Partner with operators and engineers to develop layouts and troubleshoot system issues.Evaluate equipment specifications and improve operational efficiencies.Handle voltage levels up to 4160 and wire Variable Frequency Drives.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide installation.Conduct instrumentation calculations and parameter setups.Test and validate all industrial equipment to ensure proper functioning.Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures.Inspect and repair electrical components, ensuring safe operation.Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance and repairs.Respond urgently to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.Work in various conditions, including confined spaces and elevated areas.Demonstrate a commitment to safety standards, using proper PPE and adhering to regulations.Support ongoing skill development and contribute positively to the team atmosphere.Qualifications Required :
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.Capacity to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.High school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills.Experience reading and utilizing blueprints and technical manuals.Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in basic math.Reliable transportation and the willingness to work overtime, including holidays and weekends.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC wiring and programming.Knowledge of National Electric Code.Licensure as an apprentice or journeyman in Nebraska or relevant experience.A two-year degree in electrical or electromechanical systems.Note : This position does not offer relocation reimbursement.
