Key Responsibilities
Follow and enforce safety rules and regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical failures.
Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and documents.
Document all completed work, modifications, and findings.
Complete assignments promptly and with minimal supervision.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Minimum age of 18 years.
At least one year of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipment.
Minimum one year of experience using hand tools and maintenance troubleshooting equipment.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Industrial Electricity I, II, and III.
Certification in Motor Controls.
Experience in troubleshooting with PLCs.
Familiarity with fluid power, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Previous experience with Precision Maintenance.
One year of experience in TIG Welding.
Experience in Industrial Building Maintenance.
Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration.
Ammonia certifications.
At least two years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
Basic computer skills.
Familiarity with SAP.
