Key Responsibilities
Comply with all safety rules and regulations
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical failures
Recommend modifications to enhance machine reliability and performance
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints
Document work completed, modifications made, and findings
Carry out tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
A minimum of one year of experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipment
Experience using hand tools and maintenance troubleshooting equipment
Proficient in English (verbal / written)
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Industrial Electricity I, II, and III
Certification in Motor Controls
Experience troubleshooting with PLCs
Working knowledge of fluid power, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Previous experience with Precision Maintenance
At least one year of TIG Welding experience
Experience in Industrial Building Maintenance
Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems
Ammonia certifications
Two or more years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Basic computer skills
SAP Experience
