Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Cargo. As a Busser, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and assisting the servers and hosts as needed. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave.
- Reset tables with clean utensils, napkins, and glassware.
- Assist servers by refilling water, bringing bread, or delivering extra tableware.
- Keep the dining area, floors, and service stations clean and organized.
- Assist with carrying food trays from the kitchen to tables when needed.
- Empty trash and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Support the restaurant team with opening and closing duties.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
