Job Description:
As a Senior RPA Developer, you will collaborate with product managers and business users to analyze and identify process improvements, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will develop and implement RPA governance, best practices, methodologies, and standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will test and verify automation solutions, monitor BOTS post-deployment, and proactively fix bugs and production issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and seven years of progressive experience in RPA development using UIPath and handling UIPath orchestrator. You should also have expertise in robotics automation development tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Pega Robotics. Furthermore, you should be able to deploy, maintain, and monitor process automations, troubleshoot and debug RPA automations, integrate RPA with external systems using REST services, and perform unit/integration testing and code reviews.
