Job Summary:
As a Senior RPA Developer, you will play a critical role in analyzing and identifying process improvements, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will develop and implement RPA governance, best practices, methodologies, and standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will test and verify automation solutions, monitor BOTS post-deployment, and proactively fix bugs and production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and seven years of progressive experience in RPA development using UIPath and handling UIPath orchestrator. You should also have expertise in robotics automation development tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Pega Robotics. Furthermore, you should be able to deploy, maintain, and monitor process automations, troubleshoot and debug RPA automations, integrate RPA with external systems using REST services, and perform unit/integration testing and code reviews.
Benefits and Compensation:
Cargomatic offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $175,000, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K company match program, flexible paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
