We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales/Office Assistant/Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones clearly and politely, determining the reason for the call and providing assistance.
- Greet visitors and clients pleasantly and courteously, determining their needs and providing prompt assistance.
- Process all orders for local customers, following through from receipt to shipping and billing.
- Handle orders for RCB and CFD, recording information on the appropriate order form and sending it via email.
- Check purchase orders from the EDI computer system and invoice customers accordingly using the EDI system.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year work-related experience
- Competent computer knowledge
- Ethical practice; ability to maintain confidentiality
