Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments accurately using POS systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in setting up for banquets or special events as needed, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of drinks and coordination during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving drinks.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with state regulations.
