Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is preferred, but individuals with a strong passion for leadership and customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the Stadium Club events schedule.
- Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service and dining etiquette.

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the serving, bartending, and busser teams, ensuring they are enthusiastic, engaged, and providing exceptional service.

Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to perform proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment/machinery.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 25 pounds.
- Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
