What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Care Aide position at Caribou Adult Family?
Overview
The Adult Care Aide plays a crucial role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. This position is ideal for those who are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents, particularly those with varying degrees of health challenges, including memory care and developmental disabilities. The aide will work closely with residents to support their daily living activities and ensure their safety and comfort.
We are opening an Adult Family Care Home (AFCH) in January. We will provide housing for 2-3 residents as an AFCH, and then we will have 5 residents upon converting to an Assisted Living Home. We're currently hiring for a Relief Aide to work with patients in the absence of the owner. The Relief Aide must have weekend availability. Advancement opportunities exist as we will be transitioning to an Assisted Living Facility and will eventually hire long term for all shifts. Moreover, discounted housing can be provided for the aide that's promoted to the role of Assisted Living Facility Manager after the transition.
