Position Overview:

As an IT Support Analyst at Caribou Coffee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable and stable day-to-day operations of business systems, enabling seamless functionality. This position serves as a bridge between end users, IT teams, and vendors; providing advanced technical support. This individual is also actively involved in ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards while supporting the successful implementation and maintenance of software solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

Application Support

• Act as the primary point of escalation for supported business application issues.
• Make incident and problem resolution documentation available to end users and other IT support teams.
• Work with end users, IT teams, and vendors to provide advanced support for business applications.
• Administer user access for multiple business applications.
  
  

Monitor System Health

• Execute regularly scheduled tasks to support business and regulatory compliance processes.
• Identify problems and/or trends and escalate to the appropriate IT function.
• Participate in root cause analysis for major issues.
  
  

Participate in Software Development Projects

• Execute test cases and log defects on software development projects.
• Review and contribute to support documentation when software is implemented.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2 years of experience in a technical support environment
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
  
  

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in computer science or related technical field
• Proficient in scripting applications
• Intermediate-level SQL skills

Compensation Range:

$27.31 - $45.52 per hour

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
• Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
  
  

The physical demands for this position are reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
