Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering top-notch patient care to critically ill individuals, leveraging your expertise in cardiovascular nursing to optimize outcomes.
• Developing and executing comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Fostering strong relationships with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
• Remaining up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in cardiovascular nursing, consistently applying this knowledge to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

To succeed in this fulfilling and challenging position, you must possess:

• A valid RN license in the state of Virginia or eligibility for licensure.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Prior experience working in a PCU or similar setting, with a strong emphasis on cardiovascular nursing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, making informed decisions and taking charge when necessary.
