Carillon at Belleview Station is one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, and we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is part of a dynamic building operations and environmental services team and plays a critical role in helping take care of our beautiful community and ensuring the day-to-day operations are running smoothly. All while enriching the lives of the residents living in our community. This is a part-time position working Sundays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds
- Conducts regular inspections of the life safety systems, including fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems
- Oversees necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move-ins
- Ensures the outside of the property is maintained, including landscaping, snow removal, and garbage/trash removal
- Maintains inventory control for general supplies, parts, and equipment for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Responds appropriately to resident or community maintenance emergencies by assisting as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Must have patience, tact, and a willingness to assist residents, family and staff
- Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
Pay:
$21.00-$22.50 an hour, based on experience
Salary : $21 - $23
