Carillon at Belleview Station, one of Denver’s premiere senior living communities, is seeking a compassionate and organized Wellness Nurse to join our team. You will be responsible for providing residents with nursing services and administering medications and treatments. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interests of the residents
- Obtains and administers medication and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Documents and reviews medication and treatment sheets for accuracy and compliance with physician orders and regulations
- Monitor response to treatment plans
- Assist in writing service plans based on resident needs
Qualifications:
- RN, LPN, or LVN license required
- CPR/First Aid certification
- One year of experience working with the elderly population preferred
- Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
Pay:
$34.00 - $36.00 an hour, based on experience
