Join our J1 Trainee Program to gain comprehensive training across various departments/ roles of at our property for a one-year term. This program is perfect for recent graduates in Tourism Management looking to develop professional skills and cultural awareness in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily resort operations
- Participate in structured training and seminars
- Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop cross-cultural awareness and professional skills
- Collaborate with team members across various departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management (awarded or expected by 08/31/2025)
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a new environment and work in a team
- No prior experience required
