Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces in accordance with community standards and state regulations. This role is essential in helping ensure a welcoming and healthy environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and remove trash
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify management of supply needs
- Follow all infection control and safety guidelines
- Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a heart for serving seniors
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Schedule:
