POSITION SUMMARY: Provides behavioral health clinical services in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient offices.
- EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Provisional LMSW or LMHC license in New Mexico; BLS certification within 6 months.
- SKILLS: Strong communication, advanced assessment, crisis intervention knowledge, and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary treatment.
- EXPERIENCE: Preferred experience in human services.
- SUPERVISION: Reports to Director or designee, BHS.
- ENVIRONMENT: Exposure to infectious diseases; requires physical and emotional resilience.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to manage stress, lift patients, and work in crisis situations.
